Charlotte Morris promoted to Managing Director of Cormis in new global leadership role

Cormis, the capability development division of The Creative Engagement Group, has today announced that Charlotte Morris has been promoted to the role of Managing Director.

As Managing Director of the global business, Charlotte will lead a multidisciplinary team of capability experts who help companies including GSK, Sanofi, Gilead and Takeda to build the capabilities of their commercial, marketing and medical teams.

Charlotte joined Cormis in 2016 as Director of Learning and Capability Development overseeing internal and external cross-functional teams to design, develop and deliver capability programmes. Previously, she held an eight year tenure at Ashfield Healthcare (now part of Inizio), including roles such as VP of Training North America, Performance Director and Professional Training & Coaching Consultant. Prior to this Charlotte spent several years working for global pharmaceutical companies in sales management and sales training.

Charlotte has played an important role in driving Cormis’ impressive track record of growth and innovation by delivering a unique combination of capability development and soft skills training alongside the exceptional creative and delivery capabilities of The Creative Engagement Group.
